Revive Cafe is all about using plant based whole foods. That is delicious vegetarian food that is not heavily processed. We use lots of fruit and vegetables, whole grains like brown rice and protein sources like beans, chickpeas, lentils tofu and nuts. Check out out menu for this week.
If you cannot make it to the cafes you can make our food at home - just purchase one of the Revive Cafe Cookbooks. If you are deciding which one to purchase, the first one (green) is the most popular closely followed by cookbook 5 (which is the most recent book).
Cook:30 cookbook contains recipes from the TV show - most of these are featured in cookbooks 1-4.
