Wopples are so simple to heat & eat, with so many options for toppings. Great to take to work from frozen. I've been enjoying them with bacon & eggs, or scrambled eggs with some chilli sauce or beetroot relish. I don't find them as heavy as bread, and they are filled with much more goodness.
All your cookbooks are great, and use ingredients that are mostly easy to get and economical. I've got all of them now except number 1, I'm all set now!
I was really impressed by the standout delicious mushroom taste—which, combined with all the other flavours and ingredients, turned what sounded like just a lentils and mushroom dish, into something quite … well, magical, yes.
